1. Validity of Contract, Product & Pricing Information
These terms apply to purchases made through our online store.
- All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT (where applicable).
- Shipping costs are calculated based on delivery method and destination, and shown at checkout.

2. Placing an Order
To place an order:
- Add items to your cart
- Fill in required contact and delivery information
- Choose your preferred delivery method
- Proceed to payment
Payments are securely processed via Maksekeskus AS (MakeCommerce platform), using:
- Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay
- Latvian and Lithuanian bank links
- Card payments (Visa / MasterCard)
- Buy now, pay later services
- Gift cards
✅ Note: If paying via bank link, please click “Return to merchant” after confirming the payment.
Your order is considered confirmed once we receive the payment.
If a product is out of stock or cannot be delivered, we will inform you and issue a full refund within 14 days.
3. Delivery Information
We currently deliver to:
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden, Norway, and other EU countries.
Delivery options:
- Parcel machines (Omniva, Itella Smartpost)
- Courier delivery (DPD, DHL)
- Local pickup (by arrangement)
Estimated delivery times:
- Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: 2–5 business days
- Other EU countries: 5–8 business days
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are paid by the customer.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Exceptions:
- Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.
To initiate a return:
- Send a written withdrawal notice to our email or via the website contact form
- The request must be sent within 14 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item).
Returned goods must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return or valid return tracking.
5. Warranty and Defective Goods
All products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the delivery date.
If a defect is discovered:
- Notify us via email or contact form within 14 days of noticing the defect
- We will evaluate the issue and may offer repair, replacement, or refund
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or maintenance
6. Personal Data & Marketing
We collect and process personal data only for order fulfillment and delivery.
Information may be shared with trusted service providers such as:
- Shipping companies (Omniva, Itella, DPD, DHL)
- Maksekeskus AS (for payment processing)
Marketing emails are sent only with your explicit consent (newsletter signup).
You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us.

7. Dispute Resolution
If you have questions, feedback, or complaints:

- We will do our best to resolve any issue quickly and fairly
If no resolution is reached, you may:
- Submit a complaint to the Consumer Disputes Committee (Estonia)
- Use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform
